I'm in for 1/8 e-buggy & I will be bringing another guy with me.

Kevin, please give me a call.

Anyone want to buy an E-RC8 roller?  It has an "RC Products Designs" conversion motor mount & battery tray + all the nitro leftovers.  I will have it at the track Saturday.

Aaron,

Next track  will have similiar technicality and a smooth strait. we are looking to change the track within a month. We will poll the racers in a drivers meeting and see when the change should happen.

May I suggest that the next track layout have a full flat straightaway. Perhaps then we could open the 2wd 10.5 class to 2wd Open instead.

Joe and Brian

I think you sent it to my old email. I should update my profile. My new email is .The 10.5 and 13.5 has been working out pretty well For Norcal. What really happens is the 13.5 guys run it in 10.5 to get more track time and their is minor laptime differences if any. I think for now since offroad is still on the climb we will leave it as is unless enough people want to run Mod 2wd this weekend.

I understand why others like it too.More track/race time.Easier then switching motors.Just a suggestion. It will be up to Kev to decide ultimately. If anything,I think the addition of 17.5 can be advantageous.

Talk about  foam and run  when we got home I dug up my foams and setup my B4 and B44 with 2.2" tires we use to run oval with on our GT10's. Looks sick wish I could put pics up. Hows about another fun race so we could run um. Oh well rubber was good untill we used paragone. Don't no what went wrong but that didnt work for us.

Yes. 10.5 and 13.5.

I propose, if someone has not already done so,to open up the 10.5 class to basically an open Modfied class.Run what you want. Then have a 13.5 Super Stock Class and  last a 17.5 Stock class. These are Roar classes.17.5 is a great way to run a class thats still fast but with more of a traditional stock feel and speed.Easier for the newer guys too. If we are ever gonna get up to speed with the rest of the offroad contingent,we need to offer classes that make more sense. All these classes have there challenges to them and have a place in offroad 2wd.

I just noticed how that "spare me" comment probably sounds...whoops. Embarassed

yeah that wasn't meant to sound as harsh as it does....it's just whenever the mod topic comes up inevitably someone will say something like "why run mod when 13.5 is faster".....

That's hilarious!  I sent KJ an email asking the same thing last week! HAHA!

anyway  +1 Mod 2wheel

And please, spare me the 10.5 has lower lap times speach.  lol

In the end I do understand that Norcal has it going on these days and if management feels that keeping it 10.5 is best then I'm fine with that. Money mouth
