On-road layout is fast and flowing.  The track looks great.  You guys did a great job. John's car was traction rolling in front of the driver's stand.  Wish I could be there Sunday.

Like Kevin says below...Tonight is the Daylight Savings Time change; so, don't forget to advance your clocks.  Or, you will be an hour late tomorrow.

Got in a few laps on the new asphalt track setup.  It is very friendly with its new bender boards.  Kewl!

No worries Art.You should have tried it after we sprayed.I guarantee you have never experienced anything like it with that much bite.

Guys, the track flows, its car friendly, lots of places to pass, its unlike other layouts run we have run before.Bring your big gears. You will need them in the Spec classes. My car was 3 teeth undergeared in comparison to what I have gear in the past.RCGT tires are dialed.Gary's car with the D compound is dialed.Weather will be dialed.Track should be good to go tomorrow.See you all in the morning and make sure to set your clocks forward!!!!!!!!!!!

Onroad Asphault track is done, sprayed and ready for tomorrow. I know you all will be impressed with the looks. Come out and have fun. The track has not one square edge and flows really well. Very car friendly and fast.

We're still working on the road track.  I've been on it in many stages all week.   We started chalking it today only to get rained on.   The goal is to have it done tomorrow, ready for you to see saturday.

Actually WGT "thing" was battery and motor setup.  They couldn't agree on equivalent performances of batt/motor combo and now they spread themselves thin between 2 classes.  Which will not be the case here.

Just show up and run.

Please let us not turn this into another WGT thing. The rules are clearly stated for this class. Let run by the rules and not try to reinvent the wheel. To be clear, the rules have no provisions for limiting or regulating which speedo/servo/receiver you put in the car. Run what you like and remember your LINE is probably going to be more important than what speedo is in your car.

What I want to know is how is this class is any different in the end?Its racing. The guys down south are running a myriad of different electronics setups, from the LRP TC specs,KO BMC,LRP SPX,Orion,GTB,etc.Romel happens to buy a RS and gets ridiculed for it?Next thing you know we spec a speed control and servo because they are too expensive. The cost of getting into this class is cheaper in theory because you more then likley have a car that can be converted over by putting a cheap body and wheelset on it and your ready.ELECTRONICS always cost the same no matter what class. What about guys that had to go out and buy everything new because they had nothing to run this class?Sorry, you cant compete because you have expensive taste in components?Components, that can eventually be used for other classes too?Come on guys, get things in perspective

Wow I agree with Badboy.

Buuut, it's their money, let them do what they want.  I don't know how serious we should take RCGT, I personally wont.  We need the numbers so do what you need to do to run.

I'm in it to kill time and play around.

BTW +6mm offset wheels and a 200mm body = clean tucked look.
