As Kevin said, the plan is still to watch the game tomorrow at nor-cal.  I'm sure some of you want to support the "find the OD OG chicken race", and at the same time want to catch the game on your own, we'll try finish up tomorrow asap, so you can have the rest of your day to yourself.

13.5 is where you should start.  17.5 would be ok but you'd probably want to go faster.  Mod is where you'll end up.  imo

I get spanked in 17.5 sometimes at Marin.  You're faster than me however.

Yeah don't start with Mod. Its very tough. I race Mod as well. I try and not hit anything. I do a pretty good job, but I'm not the fastest by any means. Its not the same as 4wd mod off road. The cars are around 2 times faster with 2-3 times quicker reaction time. A whole different skill set from off-road.

Brian, I wouldn't suggest jumping into Mod sedan right away. Maybe get into 13.5 for a few races and get a feel for things. Get use to the car and understand the lines and driving techniques that it takes for on-road. Find a solid set-up that you feel comfortable with before making the leap into Mod. Wheeling a Mod car is not all that easy, they are very fast these days with the horsepower that we laydown now. There's only a very small handful of drivers who can truly wheel a Mod car in our area, so it's something you can't just pick up and do is what I'm trying to say. But like I told you before, you have the right driving style to make it happen, just take the correct steps and you'll be fine.

With it being the OD charity race and having a TV with the superbowl it should be the same turnout as always if not even more.

Dont worry. We can help you get up to speed with the sedan. If you can drive the 18th scale, the sedan will be a cadillac! And yes there will be mini/18th scale too.
