Donnie I never said how I drive personaly and for the record it was kinda crappy that night! Haha and kraig for the record I came off the track saying "wow that was gnarly 50/50 grind to a beam hit then 8th whip off to a save! That was sick!!! Sh** I'm glad I didn't hit anyone" I never said how the track was bad nor did I blame the track..I then just said to make a penalty system for all drivers and that would help between all drivers in the class. As for the kids saftey I think we can all agree that something should be done. That's more than reasonable to talk on the forums about that issue. Anyways back to racing!

Aaron I am just here to let you know that your post's came off differently than you may have intended,You made yourself out to be a mistake free pro who is pissed off that kraig doesn't know how to run his program and that kids got hurt and you assumed it was a roar sanctioned race. I'm not starting anything here but from the outside to me that is how it came off..Like I said it should be handled man to man, face to face or through direct communication with kraig, from my experience You should present things respectfully. Talk to him not, everyone not everyone on the forum.

+1 Seabass!

I would highly recommend to any and all that has a problem with any of these facilities to send an email to them. Not do it on this board. As Donnie said, this is not positive for our Hobby that we all love so much

Relax guys. Aaron is right that was a messy race in int 4x4. But Kraig does a good job calling traffic. When there are 8 trucks smashing into each other every 5 seconds there's only so much he can do.

The guys that run up front in the int class should think about bumping to expert. Sure they might be towards the back of the pack but their driving will improve quickly when they can work on driving skills and not worry about getting blasted from behind every lap. That was my advice to Rich D. about a year ago and look at how much he has improved.

The older I get the faster I used to be.

My kid was one that got hit in the side of the head with a car along that back wall. I have told him many times not to watch back there and not to be up on the back fence in the firstplace but kids don't listen sometimes and have to learn the hard way. It's not kraigs fault or anyone elses that I wasn't keeping a closer eye on my son and he was doing something that I have told him not to. He got hit hard in the side of the head with a large lump behind his ear but he is fine and I blame myself and my son, NOT THE TRACK OR KRAIG. Hopefully he has learned his lesson.

I just mentioned what I saw strictly as a spectator and got put on blast by kraig about my driving! Did I not mention over and over again that I had a great time racing!? This got blown out of proportion because of some constructive critisism.

Aaron what's up man? you should probably take this up with kraig somewhere besides the forum, this does no good at all.Negativity just causes more problems....mike got dealt a dirty hand it happens man. Same thing happened to me in expert 4x4 got punted and went from 4th to last place.I got kinda pissed off for a second and my driving showed that for a lap or two, after that I just drove my own race and tried to salvage. I was bummed after that race but it happens.I got over it,No sense in making a big deal out of this type of stuff we are there to have fun. There are guy's holding grudges from a year ago it's lame let it go or take a break and re group....

As for the netting along the back wall I think it's a great idea...

Kraig, There was still a decent amount of netting left from the scaffold. Hopper placed it somewhere. I think it is plenty strong to keep any car inside, 8th scales included. If you want me to swing by and hang that stuff along the back triple I will. Just let me know, Hopper has my number. Thanks for the fun track and place to play with our toy cars.

Come on guys can't we all get along? Kraig doesn't have 20 eyes so I'm sure he doesn't see everything give the guy a break. Kraig I can bring some construction netting to you if the triple thing is going to be a big deal.

Wow kraig now your putting words in my month cause somebody has the balls to speak up on how you let the class's run like a demo durby free for all. You would call out traffic 30 seconds after the fact that it all happend. I don't care really, its something I can EXPECT to see while racing at your facility.

Oh and since you mentioned it... I saw 2 kids get hit in the face by cars that left the track on the back tripple, I'm sure you never saw that though. Im sure a board back there will help prevent a bad injury to a kid viewing the track. Just saying.. I would be pissed if a kid was sent to the hospital cause nobody did anything about it. Oh wait nevermind... Dont do anything ROAR has you covered, who cares if kids get hurt since its there fault right?

You are wrong, this is not a ROAR series. ROAR is used for insurance purposes and for class regulations. No worries about making a fuss Aaron this is expected from you, you made a comment about the track after driving your car into the pillar in warm up, guess it was the track's fault right?

I did not see what you are claiming. I called what I could and was keeping track of who was in the wrong, Mike pulled his car off the track before the race was over. There was no sense in handing out penalties at that point. Mike should be speaking for himself anyway.

Just saying thou.

What I saw was the leader making passes and then getting plowed from behind by the lapper. Maybe you need to be more strict on drivers and inforce a real penatly system to set a proper example to race by kraig. In the expert class you seem more likely to call somebody out even though we all know everyone in our class and who is in the lead and we already race eachother clean. Intermediate however is a hack fest and I hardly heard any drivers called out at all if any. Sorry to make a fuss.. but you and I know what happend out there and that car straight up should have been penalized(I was half tempted to walk out on the track and flip that truck on its lid for a lap), this is a ROAR series right? Anyways..RACE ON!! I had a great time racing on saturday and track conditions where great all day long!

Respect on the track is a two way street. It has to be give and take. The leader of a race cannot run around the track plowing into slower cars or punting then off the track and on the flip side back markers need to be aware of faster cars coming up on them and make room accordingly. The intermediate class drivers do not have the same skill level or car control as the expert/pro drivers. THAT"S WHY THEY ARE IN THE INTERMEDIATE CLASS. For the people that just want to bash into other cars and pipes, case landings and tear stuff up, sorry to say this but racing is not for you. The leader of a race should use common sense when coming up on some one who is driving over their head and wait for the right opportunity to make a clean pass, if patient enough most times the slower car will go wide for you. But expecting every slower car on the track to pull over for you is unrealistic. The slower cars are out there racing too even if it is for 8th, 9th or 10th. With that being said everyone from TQ to last on the grid needs to respect each other on the track. Now let's get back to racing and have some fun!!
