@losilover. Chuck, the Shoe Maker Cougar 1/10 buggy is made in England. it was designed by a crack team of snappily dressed older English wenches trying to lure the younger male racer. It looks quite fetching with it's carbon and anodized parts. The car features right hand drive,a stiff upper lip...er chassis brace,Lucas (prince of darkness) electronics, and the dampers maintain the time tested British tradition of leaking oil. Team drivers report the Shoe Maker works exceptionally well on wet "cobble"stone tracks in foggy, drizzly conditions, particularily when using a traction compound concocted of mushy peas and warm beer. For more info just ask any Shoe Maker driver at your local track. oh,wait, there aren't any.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             PHANTOM RACING

Hola everyone. Newb to the boards but not to rc. Used to race an rc10 gold body in 93-96 down in milpitas. Trying to get back into it. A lot different but still the same. Just bought an rc10t4.1 rtr brushless. Took it out for its first run and the damn tranny went out. Grinding like crazy. Going by the shop tomorrow to get a new one and talk to Hopper. That never happened to me before. Hope to be in the next novice 1/10 2wd race after I get some track time.

Steve had to go to LA and finalize some stuff with his Mother inlaws place. But yes I am sure he is scared!

It was fun giving him crap about associated. Gonna be more fun trash talking his Shoemaker
