Just run inverted heats, if your up front in the first then your in the back on second.

I have been watching that thread and am also wondering what our racers would like to see. I can't recall anyone asking us to run heads up recently but if the racers want it I don't see any harm in giving it a shot. It should be fun. Only thing is that its hard to make it fair. The guy starting up front has a huge advantage over the guy starting last. If you invert then the guy stuck starting 5th both times will get screwed both times. I guess the fastest 10 will make it into the main either way

I agree with Doug. But.... My bigger gripe is all the emphasis is placed on moving over for a race leader. I always do that unless they are passing me on the same lap. If race directors ar going to focuson announcing that a leader is coming up on you then call rough driving and penalize those that are guilty of it. If rough aggressive driving is called a few times it will stop. I'm sick of constantly moving up only to get taken out by an aggressive driver. I was rised that if you accidentally run up on a car that you stop and go. I very rarely see this. It's really on race director to call it. Especially if your going to teach the novices about race etiquette. Look I want to win as much as any one, but let's be fair. If we call on let's call the other.

The other is tun marshalling. Yes if you didn't wreck you wouldn't need them. But lately we have seen one of the worst turn marshaling I've ever seen lately. Last weekend a driver got off track and no one picked his car up cause they were watching te race of their area. The driver got frustrated and walked off driver stand. we also have kids turn marshalling races. There should be adults. Other tracks this a rule. Parents or and adult must turn Marshall for their child. Racers should also not have to be reminded constantly tht they need to be out there. Again start penalizing this and it will stop. If the director needs volunteers volunteer. All spots need to be covered.

Let's get back to the basics.

Ok they are having a major debate over IFMAR vs Heads up starts at Norcal. I feel this will make racers improve by allowing them to RACE each other more. Others belive this increase the hacking.

What is the opinion of the Delta Racers? My Vote would be for Heads Up.

I have made multiple attempts to contact a moderator and have it changed. I may have to just make a new thread. Problem with that is it will not be at the top with the group topics because only mods and put them up there.

Fun racing last night. First time out with the Durango 4x4sc. I was a bit of a handfull to drive but it was fast. Managed to hang on for the win vs a hard charging Lou.

Have a few of us coming over from Sacramento to race tomorrow night. The Bernals expected to make the trip for buggy, and Lou Figueria, myself and maybe Josh O'Connell for 4wd SCT.

Yep. Roar approved 17.5 brushless motor and a roar approved esc in "blinky" mode. A list of the legal motors and escs is available at WWW.Roarracing.com. Look in the approvals section.

It usually means that you can only run 17.5 motor non ramped. The esc must be in blinky mode. So no advanced timing or turbo no nything except blinky on esc. As far as anything else game on.
