Well I would like to say that last nights race was a blast for me. I learned a lot racing on my own. The track started out a bit tough for me, but as the night went on the track came in and both my cars got better and better. Randy did help me out over the phone with my setup (Thank you Buttercup). Thank you to the entire track crew for running a great program and getting us out at a decent time. Track was great!

Expert mod buggy was fun, I had no real issues all day in my heats or the mains. I just got to remember to breathe during my race lol thank you Harrison for the reminder ; )

As for 4wd buggy.....what a blast! This was my 2nd time running my wheeler and I can't stop smiling (I'm smiling right now lol). I can't believe I was able to run down Donnie and battle as much as I did with Derek. I feel like I won that race haa haa. You guys are all amazing and I had a blast running with all of you! Special thanks to Jake for being my personal announcer on the driver stand, you are awesome!

Till next time. : )

....on a lighter note : the track yesterday was excellent .!!! great job to ken johns and stevie for keepin right all day ....no tire pack at all as compared to first race , cars came back clean all day , tire wear was minimal at best . lookin forward to nitro next weekend !!......might bust out the RC10Gt2.1 as well !

it would be nice to have an air compressor trackside somewhere, but they blow the damn breakers

other than that i had a blast !  the pits were full on the sunny side, good to see racers from south S.F. ,eastbay, southbay,  modesto , sac, and some new faces too

Hey I mistakenly took home a similar looking stool to mine. But it belongs to Jen Lathrop. Mine must have my name on it. I will bring Jen's stool and keep it at the race shop @ delta. If someone finds mine can you please do the same? Mine has Alok written on it.

Round 2 of the Delta RC electric winter series is tomorrow! thanks for answering these questions for our racers big j. i was at the track last night and it was holding water great and the track isnt torn up at all after the 8scale guys ran on it. track will be great tomorrow with the cooler weather the moisture will stay in the track with no tire wear and some great racing action! seen some of the norcal guys last night to get some track time in for the weekend and there bringing a few more guys.

see everyone in the AM!

track was great laast night , some rubber put down to almost blu groove but they did water cince the last race so it was a bit moist in some areas but consistant overall. and not comming apart anywhere that i noticed . was a tiny bit of dust here and ther but not enough to start tacking up on the tires

it looks like it feels good !

well , yea the summer 1/8th was dissapointing at best , mostly becuz kraig was too busy with hobby shop, to get the 1/8th track in shape , and other (track 1/10th) race most of the season was getting good turnout

last race indoor looked promissing ! i didnt get otu ther myself but ther was a good turnout 35 or so,intermediate and expert for buggy and truggy.  plan on being out for next nitro day. and i saw some new faces practicing 1/8th during the week.

Fellas Quick Question, Im wanting to really jump back into NITRO BUGGY full throttle, But before I do I wanna make sure I have somewhat of a LOCAL TRACK that races often! Last I raced at Delta in the Summer they were running nitro like once a month! (COOL) I was just told that last summer there was only ONE RACE!!! at DELTA, Is this true? My local track was Norcal, but we all kno that will be gone soon Ive already sold all my nitro onroad stuff cause SWR and LA to run only! is just a little to far for me.......Deltas a little bit of a drive from Oakland, but atleast the track is open at times for practice...
