I just read this. if you have something stuck in the trunk latch you will have to get some one to go through the back seat to get to the trunk latch from the inside.you can do that by looking at the seat back latch between the rear shelf and top of back seat, pick the seat back latch to lower seat back, go through trunk and then loosen the stuck trunk latch..

Chris D. are you runnig 12th scale on Sunday! I will bring my three cars, and I think I have enough tires to run all three cars. If someone wants to try a 12th scale car and has a Futaba 4PK transmiter, then you can run one of my cars. I will also be running my new Xray T4 2015 in the 17.5 NR TC. See all of you on Sunday.

Tino, are you coming up? I'll have the case if you are.

Gordon.

The race is a go for Sunday. Sunny with the highs in the sixties to low seventies and lite winds.

The featured classes are the 55 Bomber class and the high light of the day is the Shermanator figure 8 race. The Driven Raceway parking lot is the sight, setup is around 7:00 am so come and help with the track layout, sign up is at 8:00 am, frist practice begins around 8:00 am if you signed in first, and heat races start around 10:30 am.

For the Shermanator figure 8 race, is for seventy five laps and the first ten entries will run. The car must have some sort of costume, since this was to be the Holloween race, you can mark the car with markers, dress it witrh tissue paper, put foam horns on it whatever as long as that material does not harm spectators when cars colid.

This will be our last club race of the 2014 season so lets have some fun. Any questions, post them here on the Ground Pounders board.

Gordon.

Hi Eric, my laps two wire is common with most drivers and it's around $100. Yes, you can switch it from one car to another by using Velcro or be independently wealthy and buy like ten or so for each car. See you on Sunday.

was looking into getting a transponder for my car(s).

Can someone tell me what type of transponder I would need to get?

Seems that the most popular transponders are the RC4 (3-wire) and RC4 Hybrid (2-wire).  -I seem to remember someone mentioning that the Groundpounders uses a specific one w/ a specific wire count ...yet don't recall what that was.

Also, do most people swap their transponder between vehicles? Or do you get multiple transponders?

thanks
