JOHN-About slicks or treaded on carpet,I don't know. The last time I ran on carpet I used rubber tires,Solaris 24's.They worked really good!Outdoors I use Solaris or Sweep 32,s and Team Powers 34's...These are all slicks...Now on my TCS mini,I use treaded 60D's.I've noticed allot of guys use the 60D's slicks...

SYDEWYNDER-Yes,they are running the TCS spec 2wd,21.5 brushless motors. That class is very popular at GROUND POUNDERS...JOHN-You can run 25.5 motor but you'll probably be slower getting out of the corners.May have less straight away speed as well...And just as a side note, the TOP SABRE that DAN H. is selling is top knotch!I've purchased items from Dan in the past.Everything he decides to sell is in very good condition and usually race ready! That's a great deal for that roller...hint,hint,hint-ERIC,(eR1c).LOL!

Anyone looking for a TOP Sabre 4WD Mini, I got a roller for sale with free battery, and a pretty new body/tires. $150. I have two of them already, so just getting rid of one.

Will a 25.5 motor be allowed in the mini class I already have the novack set of this still brand new. Also on carpet are thry running rubber tires on the mini's ? which is better slicks or treaded?

So the silver can Mini class is going away completely?  Will the new 2WD Mini rules be pretty much the same as last year other than the 21.5 motor?

1)You are correct. You can run a 21.5 roar legal brushless motor and "blinky"mode style esc.       2)Planned to run 21.5 as well.ROAR legal brushless motor, esc and "blinky" mode...I've got two cats,aGenetic VM II and a TOP 4wd Sabre. There's quite a few that are available on-line...Brands like OFNA,CUPRACER by HPI,Tamiya is supposed to have one and Genetic. There are probably other brands but this is all I can recall.

two questions as I get my cars ready for the next season:

1) Mini class, -I thought I read or heard that we were going to brushless 21.5t -is this correct? (I assume that it must be a roar approved motor and esc).

2) This one is mostly for Chris D, -Do you have a recommendation for motor limit for the mini 4wd class we are trying to get started? what are you planning on running? -i'd like to run something comparable.

thanks!
