I had every intention of making it out to this last race but...I failed!  Next one!  Promise!

I was talking about all classes, not just mine. I think you might have misunderstood me?

Like Joe said. It's pretty simple if the scoring system is up too date.

We can always talk about it some more to see if there's a large demand for it and determine the pros/cons of changing the way things are currently done to see if the benefits outweigh the negatives.  We can touch on it at the next general meeting to see how much of a demand is really out there across all of the classes to see what makes sense for everyone and what is possible.

Joe - When are you going to come race with us again - I thought I'd see you by now?  Hope you've been well!

On a side note, did anyone take any pictures at either of the last two races - I don't check this site too often anymore, so I may be slow to responding if you did!  If so, I would love to get some pictures so we can start sharing them with everyone again, so just let me know.

I don't know what we're using but we've used it for quite a while so it's probably not that system.

Are you guys using RC Scoring Pro?  It would be a one time setup thing and then all the operator has to do is answer "yes" at the end of each b main to bump the top 2.

I thnk we discussed this already at a club meeting....it presents a problem with the computer and we have traditionally not bumped up for that reason. If we start with one class others will want it also, putting a large computer burden on one or possibly two people just when they, like all of us, are getting ready for their own races.

A suggestion for the Club from an outsider point of view.

I would like to see a format that allows "bump ups" being used at your events.

Jen and I were really shocked that you guys are not doing this. I haven't been to a race since coming back into the hobby that doesn't use bump ups.

Just a suggestion. Please don't take it the wrong way!

Jen and I had a ton of fun this last Sunday. Just feel like if we are in the B main that we have a reason to run it. If there are no bump ups then it really doesn't make sense to run the race to me.

The Mini is ready, and the Slash is ready, and I'm waiting on parts so I can be schooled in the VTA class by David Rae.(LOL,LMAO,ROTFLMAO).

Yes it's going to be fun. I have a good feeling that this will be our biggest VTA turnout.

Gordon, no excuses this time. I want to see a vintage pony car on that chassis, not a Japanese import ringer. You talk the big talk so let's settle this on the blacktop, mono e mono style.

Yah Gordon its a four wheel drive car.  So if I hear of more people bringing them like a roll call I will come race. Still would like to come out and watch.  Really not stressing on racing anything this year.  Just enjoying some fun Mini Z racing on Friday nights and sleeping in on Saturday.

Josh, is the ABC Genetics a front wheel drive or a rear wheel drive or all wheel drive? Also, are you running the Speed Passion Sentrex motor or a Silver Can Tamiya motor?

The club follows the Tamiya Mini class rules, as long as your not blazzingly fast you should be alright and also we run the pre mounted 60D tires NO slicks.

Josh, I spoke with Chris Dotson about running the FWD cars as a demonstration class, if you have one and Chris can bring at least four other cars that would be great to run with the Minis' or by them selevs.

I hope that helps in answering your inquiry.

Gordon.
