("Sorry cant make it up to race with youre better racers, too bad you dont bring these better racers to race at GP club or Delta..")
Totally mistyped my post lol never intended to imply lack of ability or quality of racers anywhere.  Im just extremely proud of the group that races with us weekly (locals and travelers).

Our guys go to gp all the time, delta on the otherhand i just can't get them fired up enough yet.  hell, i can't even get any dirt guys to travel anymore its kinda sad!

In testing there hasn't been an overwhelming difference ,since were cutting the current GEN 3 C/d bodies allready .250-.300 taller anyway ,it wont make current bodies absolete, but what it does do is transition to the RTC current body.
I say if the current 13.5 spec racers want it,then add it to be legal upcoming race.
it's not wing car open racing where there was noticable differences, its rubber tire spec racing..

Its very close to the gen3c that we already use just made a bit taller for the rubber tires now being used.  Ive been cutting mine .25 in below the factory line to get the foam tire bodies to fit.  now its marked and done for you!  Facebook or email protoform that you want choices of manufactuers!  they are talking about a ford and Toyota body tooo!!  start bugging them today!!

body`s body`s and more body`s. what do they offer? whats wrong with the ones that the racers have now? why do we need another body in the middle of our race season? on another note did the drivers like having food at the races? what should we add? myself I would like to have the longer costco hot dogs, the next race will be at DRIVEN ,I will wash the track the night before, sauce will be the same .also I will sauce the whole track again in between the heats and main events,
see ya there

If the new body for 13.5 comes up in the meeting I and p1 raceway is in favour of allowing it.  Rubber is gaining some traction in oval and now theres an option for it.....sweet!

Question for GP club
Are we going to allow the new 1239 protoform body be legal in Spec 13.5. or just keep the current 2 bodies that are legal?

Hey, Kevin, the next race is Sunday July the 9th, and it's a day race at Driven raceway. The featured races are Mini and 13.5 spec oval and Novice race for free.

The club meeting is on the 20th of this month at the Mountain Mikes pizza parlor in Rohnert Park at 7:30pm. See you there.

Thanks GP club for our good old normal tri-oval layout, alot better than the easy 1234 layout race before! We need to have some difference and makes for better challenging racing!
Thanks Sherman and rest of crew for the grip, hopefully more we race there better the grip level.
Is next race a saturday night race at Driven? or are we bumping to the following sunday?

I haven't raced with GP for a few years now, checked out the Euro Truck race at Les Schwab last Sunday. Looks like a fun class to run(and Mini) and you guys put on a great race format, building a truck for the next race. Thanks

A fine day of racing. There where ninety-four entries, thank you racers, and sixteen heats. This is the first time in a long time that we had five B mains. There was some good races and some blow outs, but all in all a fun day of racing. In the A main of 55 bomber, I would like to say I'm sorry for hitting the pill up on the back straight, I did not hear the warning.

I'd like to thank those of you who traveled a distance to race with us, the Ground Pounders club, and those you who hadn't race with us for a number of years, thank you for coming out. I hope everyone had a great day of racing, and hope to see next month. The next race will be at Driven Raceway in Rohnert Park I believe on the ninth of July, and our club meeting will be June 20th at the Mountain Mike's pizza parlor off commerce Blvd in Rohnert Park at 7:30 pm.

If you have any questions or suggestions let me know. See you at the meeting on Tuesday the 20th.

Gordon.

Awesome day of racing, lots of friendly and helpful members!

Bryce, -Thank you after cleanup, your gesture meant the world to my son. He was beaming the entire drive home. He's definitely hooked on racing.
