Question for GP club
Are we going to allow the new 1239 protoform body be legal in Spec 13.5. or just keep the current 2 bodies that are legal?
Sorry cant make it up to race with youre better racers, too bad you dont bring these better racers to race at GP club or Delta..

Yeah you would have had fun, the tri layout is soo much better..

Thanks GP club for our good old normal tri-oval layout, alot better than the easy 1234 layout race before! We need to have some difference and makes for better challenging racing!
Thanks Sherman and rest of crew for the grip, hopefully more we race there better the grip level.
Is next race a saturday night race at Driven? or are we bumping to the following sunday?

I haven't raced with GP for a few years now, checked out the Euro Truck race at Les Schwab last Sunday. Looks like a fun class to run(and Mini) and you guys put on a great race format, building a truck for the next race. Thanks

A fine day of racing. There where ninety-four entries, thank you racers, and sixteen heats. This is the first time in a long time that we had five B mains. There was some good races and some blow outs, but all in all a fun day of racing. In the A main of 55 bomber, I would like to say I'm sorry for hitting the pill up on the back straight, I did not hear the warning.

I'd like to thank those of you who traveled a distance to race with us, the Ground Pounders club, and those you who hadn't race with us for a number of years, thank you for coming out. I hope everyone had a great day of racing, and hope to see next month. The next race will be at Driven Raceway in Rohnert Park I believe on the ninth of July, and our club meeting will be June 20th at the Mountain Mike's pizza parlor off commerce Blvd in Rohnert Park at 7:30 pm.

If you have any questions or suggestions let me know. See you at the meeting on Tuesday the 20th.

Thanks to everybody that helped tear down the track it went rather quickly and we were out of there at a pretty decent time.  Thanks Rob for letting me borrow his TC4 for parts if I needed it I have your car by the way.  17 five oval truck was super loose for me and so was my mini, euro truck I was bouncing like a bunny because of my unsmooth driving style .But I had a lot of fun and that's the point to have fun.  There was a few timing errors in the mains when the time loop got cut but everything was up back underway pretty quickly might have to check some results to get the scores right.  Thank you ground pounders thank you to everybody that helped see you at the meeting or on the next race.

There is enough spaces that can be used for pit area's, try and double up if possible. The only space we can not use is the far garage bay area on the east side of the building. Also, please remember to stay out of the landscaped areas, and if you see someone in the shrubs politely ask them to stand on the curb and not the wood chips.

The club has had some problems with theft in the past, when ever possible try and keep an eye on your things and your neighbors pit as well. I have had my Mini stolen before it even made it to the track, and it seems to be young teenagers, so eyes open at all times.

The temperature for this Sunday is predicted to be in the eighties, so bring some shade, dress in layers, bring sun screen, and plunty of water. The featured classes are 17.5 oval truck and Euro truck. These are two popular classes this season and my have a B main this Sunday, so be prepared for some close racing. Make sure you have the correct transpounder number when you sign up, if you don't know it ask us at scoring to check it for you so you can write it down on a piece of paper. If you can arrive early enough you can help set the track up, this club runs on volunteer help, so please lend a hand.

Any thing else let me know, if not see you on Sunday morning at the Les Schwab tire store in Windsor off Shiloh road.

CAN THE PARKING BE LIKE WHEN WE FIRST ERACED LES SCWAB. PICK A PIT AREA AND PARK VEHICLES AWAY FROM PITS TO TIGHTEN UP PIT AREA. BY TIME I GET THERE PITS ARE FILLED AND LAST TIME HAD TO PARK WAY OUT WITH UNGUARDED PIT AREA TO
FOR SHOPPERS TO HELP THEMSELVES WHEN RACING. LET'S MAKE IT SECURE FOR RACERS. SOME OF US TRAVEL ALONG WAY.

THANKS
TOM

Hey everybody I'm a shame to say that I don't tune my race cars until the week before or so.  I'm a pretty busy guy with work and three kids and all.  Just cleaning up my cars trying to get things straight for race day on Sunday.   And I noticed I missing a race car.  Not saying it was stolen but my race area was clean when I left.  My thoughts were on other things because It was the first time I towed  the trailer away and  with the boys racing and I have a lot of cars.   So what I'm asking is did anybody happen to pick it up if I left it.  If not can you keep an eye out if anybody selling this.  The description is mainly use it as a parts car,  it's a team associated TC 4  with a 25.5  Novak motor,LRP esc, hitec servo,no body, and it had 3-vta style wheels and tires on it.  I was pittng next to that old car trailer that was in the parking lot behind the driver stand. If you picked it up I have it no questions asked like I said it's mainly a parts car cause my kids break a lot of parts.  Otherwise a word to the wise keep an eye on your area!
See everybody Sunday I'll be on the cleanup crew and towing the trailer home.
