Butch, if you use E6000 and put a thin layer around the bead and use a finger or something to get some under the section That's separated it will hold the tire in place and will usually keep it from hanging on something and tearing off again. This stuff is really tough, I use it for mounting tires and I glue my Sprint car wings together with it. When we used to run pan cars up here I would put some on the sidewalls and use an ice cube to smooth it off, it made a nice shiny sidewall and would keep the tires from chunking. The reason I like it for tires is because you can peel a tire off the wheel and re-use everything, even the foam insert.

I'm actually older than the dirt we race on. BUT I still refuse to grow up!

I bought some of the RC4Less rubber tires to try out this winter. They look cool, tried them out in the street but haven't seen dirt yet. I tested some Custom Works Sticker tires last winter, they worked well but the right rear partially came off the bead. And since they are mounted and pre-glued not very fixable once that happens. They do not like acetone. If the RC4Less tires stay glued they might very well be a good option. They appear to be a little more robust than the CW tire.
