We are using the TCS Rules 100% so yes the 21.5 ROAR approved non ramping setup is allowed along with the Tamiya silver can.

What's up guys!  We will be racing On-Road and Oval on Saturday, August 16th.  Practice begins at 9am and racing begins at 11am!

This event's Featured Classes are TCS Mini and 17.5 Street Stock!

Featured classes receive payouts!  P1=$50, P2=$20, P3=$10.  Payouts are via check after the vehicle passes tech.

  • *ROAR rules are 100% in effect for all classes, all of the time.
  • ROAR rule book: http://roarracing.com/rules.php
  • ROAR Non-Timing ESC List is here: http://roarracing.com/approved_non_timing_escs.php
  • ROAR Motors and Batteries are here: http://roarracing.com/approvals.php
  • AMB/Mylaps transponders required.  We have not yet updated our decoder so MRT transponders are still working.
  • Blake and I are not eligible for payouts.  Example: Let's say that one of us wins a featured class.  The guy that got second will get the P1 payout and 3rd would get the p2 payout etc.
  • Road and Oval classes welcome!  This includes but is not limited to: 17.5 Non Ramped Nascar Oval, 13.5 Ramped Oval, 17.5 Street Stock Oval, F1, Tamiya TCS Mini Coopers, 17.5 Non Ramped Sedan,am, World GT, 12th Scale, Traxxas Spec Rally and more!
  • 4 makes a class!

*Street Stock Rules: http://www.rcracing.com/RaceResults/2014_DRC%20SPEEDWAY_Rules1.pdf

Spread the word guys!  Lets get it going!

Tech deets: We will be (at a minimum) checking weight, lipo voltage and ESC/Motor legality using the same methods and equipment as the 2013 Reedy.  It is absolutely the responsibility of the racer to know and understand the rules.  We will do our best to help you making your car legal. ost here, Come by the shop anytime we are open, or email, or call us!

Workin on the shade thing and some new curbing!  love having the track right outside the front windows of the shop!   Thanks for everyone that showed up on sat it was a great day of racing!  Yes it was hot but we used our cooled mini-z room as the drivers lounge to beat the heat.  Can't wait for the next one!

Thanks!  We are actually looking into some ideas for shade on the driver's stand.  We also have some other really cool ideas in development!  Blake was threatening to build a driver's lounge in the shop?? WHAAAAAAT????  How sick would that be?
