It was only the first race of the season.  Hopefully, things will improve at the next race.

One suggestion is that marshalls should be standing, not sitting, while marshalling.

Best to address this at a driver's meeting.

Thanks for the race program.  Track was dialed and went really smooth
I hope we can get another one in before years end

For turn marshalling. Enforce the rules at the first round.
Options
1. Doc lap for not marshalling your race.
2. Doc best round if you do it twice
3. Pay and extra 20 bucks for rach entry to not have to marshall at all
4.  Stay home

Badboy.

After hearing about the turn marshalling or lack there of by certain racers you should be damn lucky I wasn't calling races this weekend.  Wonder why the hobby is falling.......all you premadonna's is the reason why.  Go talk about that on your what's app page.

REMEMBER THE GOOD OLE DAYS...........THEY'RE NEVER COMING BACK SO WE'RE STUCK WITH THE MESS IN FRONT OF US!!!!

So, where were the F1 guys?  Kind of missed seeing them do battle.

Sold one of my WGT-R cars to Jesus yesterday; so, we should have the potential of 5-6 cars at the next 209 race.

To help us make the program run a bit better, Please Please put your Transponder
number on entry form as we had to drag and drop almost 70% of every ones transponders today Also Please remember that part of racing is also turn marshaling, no need to walk all the way back to your pit table as their a table at the bottom of the stand, We all done this before and we all know this. But having to call for Marshals just about every race and hold the start of the next race till people get out there, Kills the chance of going 3 rounds in a day,
Lets All help Aaron at the end of the day to get the track picked up and tables and chairs put away, today was not bad but about 9 or so tables where left out and lots of chairs so big thanks to the guys that did stay a little longer and put more then their share of tables and chairs away. I know Aaron is working on more dates with the Fair board and I for one would like to Say Thanks Aaron for the time you put in and the Sacrifice of time away from Mandy and the girls.
I'm working on getting a laptop and updated Scoring program so we can stream live and or post results before we leave at the end of the day.

Their are 2 programs out there
RC Scoring Pro
Live Time
Both work great and will post races live and results. Also going to talk with a person up in Canada that's has a program that's works along with RC Scoring pro that will post your heat race on a web page before you even get off the stand and if you give us your phone number will text you it you if you been moved to a new heat or when we do a resort. We will see how things go moving froward.

Thanks all to a fun filled Day

Good stuff Tim.  Would of loved to drive your extra 12th scale.

Thanks to those that setup and tore down the track.  I missed all that action this time.  Sorry.

Cheers for all the good times.

Aaron,

I can be there before noon on Friday.  Will there be practice later on Friday?

Was thinking that everything was happening on Saturday, 12/9; but, could be wrong...Again!

Now, I see your first post; so, I am game to get the track up with you on Friday.

Bill
