Wow I thought Hobby dave had a nice track but man its off the hook now guys... that drivers stand is just cray and the track has so much flow and the dirt looked perfect... I was at the fair last night and stopped by to take a look.. man you all did a great job I will be up there this winter for sure...

Also guys, bring tables and extension cords! We do have a few of both but definitely space is limited due to the fair. We had a great time last night and had a ton of spectators and the rental fleet was very popular too! COME ON OUT!

Hey guys we're out here at the fair right now! Got our booth setup and there's a parade that will happen and then the fair will officially open at 6pm! Everyone is welcome to come on out for practice tonight and tomorrow starting at 4pm! We'll see about webcasting at least for saturday and sunday too! Saturday practice officially opens at 3pm but we'll be out here from Noon on! So come on out for some awesome Short Course Racing in front of a TON of spectators!!

Just want to let you all know what is going on during the fair. Thursday is the opening day of the fair and we will be in the parade. Got some killer banners to put on the truck for the parade. Anyone interested in riding in the truck, driving their cars or walking in the parade? We are looking for people to show their support. The first 10 people who want to be in the parade with us will get in the fair for free! Below is the schedule for Thursday - Sunday of the fair Practice Thursday night 9/2/10 from 7:00 pm - 10:30 pm Practice Friday night 9/3/10 from 7:00 pm - 10:30 pm Saturday Short Course Showdown - Practice from 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm and the racing starts at 6:00 pm. Sunday Normal race day. Practice from 8:30 am - 10:00 am. Racing starts at 10:30 am. Practice will be discounted at $5.00. If you sign up and pre-pay for a race on Saturday or Sunday, your practice is free for one day. If you sign up and pre-pay for both race days on Saturday and Sunday then both practice days, (Thursday and Friday) are free. If you are interested in being in the parade on Thursday give me a call so I can get an idea on how many people to account for. My cell # is 707 349-4321. Today was a great 1st race day! Want to thank all of those who came out to race. There was a great group of racers out there. Everyone had a great time!

Sorry I forgot to add the Novice in the class. Also see below for the practice schedule and race times. This is the set schedule not the previous post. Hope to see you all there Sunday! 1/10 scale; 2wd buggy, 4wd buggy, 2wd truck, 2wd short course, 4wd short course and Novice. Sign-ups start at 8am, practice from 8:30 - 10am. After talking with some people we have decided to have an hour and a half practice prior to racing. We will have a short drivers meeting at 10am and start racing at 10:30.

Also, my earlier post about the charging bags-In that post some may take it as we are providing the charging bags. This is not the case. You may bring your own (must be approved by race director) or purchase one at the track. Other classes are welcome as well as long as there are 4 or more. Please check with track management for any questions on classes, or any other questions. Edit:removed redundant info.

One more thing! Due to safety/insurance concerns, Lipo charging bags are required and must be used anytime a battery is being charged in the pits. Charging bags will be available at the track on race days.

Also guys, just a reminder-Personal Transponders are required to race at J&S Raceway! At this time there are no rentals available but RPP will have AMB/MYLaps PT's (the new tiny ones) available for sale.

Bilster-Holeshots, Panther Switches and stuff like that. I wasn't able to attend this past weekend but that's the word from people that were there. Losi Bigshots, HB Megabite and Gigabite etc... This Sunday will be the real tire test as it's our OPENING DAY!! We'll have a ton of tires and parts on hand for people if they need 'em! You can always order in advance (no later than 3pm fridays) and have us bring stuff out to you at the track if needed as well!

Great job on the track. Sunday was alott of fun.  Traction was awsom. Have to work Sunday can't make it.
